Hipersincronía Hipnagógica

Through different perspectives, Ana finds in music a way of expression and connection. Reflecting her own processes, sets are constructed around frequencies and textures, aiming to transmit the feeling of each sound. From the angle of Hipersincronía Hipnagógica, she seeks into experimental works to decompose into a variety of sonic atmospheres. As genres considered as limitations, is precisely this freedom which results in the hypnotic, emotive and unpredictable compositions that define her essence.

She has been an active part of the underground national scene for the last years, also developing her parallel club-oriented project as Hypnagógika. She has recently presented HHK- her production world based on psychoacoustics- through the piece “Unfolding Sonic Perception”. The common thread is understanding how sound and neural activity correlate, emphasizing on altered states phenomena. For this purpose, “Bouncing Waves” installation with artist F. Blanco, would be the most accurate attempt until date of a multidisciplinary proposal with potential artistic research outcomes.
