Casa Montjuïc is a contemporary, multidisciplinary cultural space in the Poble-sec neighbourhood that is committed to innovation and emerging talent. Concerts, screenings, clubbing, gastronomy... Since Spring 2023, this labyrinth of interconnected spaces hidden behind Avenida Paral·lel has brought together Tiberi Bar’s gastronomic offerings, Sala Oscura — a black box full of surprises for experimental cinema and concerts featuring international and local avant-garde music — and LAUT, the city's most carefully curated electronic music club.

The project is establishing itself as a multidisciplinary centre and creative meeting point at the foot of Montjuïc. A veritable institution determined to revive the Barcelona scene.

The Vall d'Hebron Pavilion, designed by architects Jordi Garcés and Enric Sòria, is a multi-sports facility located in the Horta-Guinardó district of Barcelona. It was inaugurated in 1992 for the Barcelona Olympic Games.

The Vall d'Hebron Olympic Pavilion is part of the great transformation that the Olympic Games brought to the city of Barcelona. In 1992, it hosted part of the Olympic volleyball tournament.

Both venues are inside Barcelona and a short walk from the metro. Public transport is the fastest way in, the cheapest, and the lightest on the city: it is the one we're asking you to take.

Casa Montjuïc has no car park: it is a street door in Poble-sec, and no spaces are held for the festival. Parking around there on a Thursday night rarely ends well.

Come by metro or bus if you can. If that doesn't work, share the ride: one shared VTC or a full taxi is three cars fewer at the door. It is what we ask of ourselves under the Sustainable value.

When is MOSTRA Barcelona 2027?

From Thursday, March 11 to Sunday, March 14, 2027. The Opening Ceremony takes place on Thursday, March 11 at Casa Montjuïc; Semifinal I, Semifinal II, and the Grand Finale take place on Friday, March 12, Saturday, March 13, and Sunday, March 14 at the Vall d'Hebron Olympic Pavilion. This is the festival's sixth edition.

Where does the festival take place?

Across two venues in Barcelona. Casa Montjuïc, at Carrer de Vila i Vilà 63–67 , in Poble-sec, hosts the Opening Ceremony. The Vall d'Hebron Olympic Pavilion, at Passeig de la Vall d'Hebron 166–176 , in Horta-Guinardó, hosts the three festival days from Friday to Sunday.

How much are tickets?

The Olympic Pass gives access to all three days at the pavilion and is now in its second release, at €139; the first, at €129, has sold out. The pass price increases across three release stages as artist announcements are made, reaching €155 in the final release. Capacity at Casa Montjuïc is limited to 120 people, while the pavilion is limited to 1,000 people.

Day tickets are: Opening Ceremony (Thursday) €22, Semifinal I (Friday) €52, Semifinal II (Saturday) €55, and Grand Finale (Sunday) €52. The Olympic Pass, in its different release stages, is the only ticket on sale until December 31. Day tickets go on sale in January, unless the Olympic Pass sells out beforehand.

Does the Olympic Pass include the Opening Ceremony?

No. The Olympic Pass gives access to the three days at the Vall d'Hebron Olympic Pavilion, from Friday to Sunday. The Opening Ceremony at Casa Montjuïc is a separate €22 ticket, limited to 120 people, and goes on sale in January.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. Mostra Barcelona is 18+ across all festival days and both venues.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are sold through Resident Advisor , and refunds are handled through their platform according to their terms and conditions. The festival does not process refunds directly.

What kind of festival is Mostra?

An independent, small-scale festival dedicated to avant-garde and experimental electronic music, founded in Barcelona in 2022 as an alternative to large-scale festivals. It is built around three core values — local, inclusive, and sustainable — and is consciously rooted in the city's music scene and artistic community.

What does Mostra do beyond the four festival days?

Where can I listen to previous editions?

Recorded festival sets are uploaded to our SoundCloud profile , alongside artist podcasts released ahead of each edition and recordings from selected ExtraMostra events. SubRadio's YouTube channel also features video recordings of some festival sets, while MostRadio and MostraTV offer content related to each festival edition.
