Biography
Born in Argentina, living most of her life in the Canary Islands and currently residing in the city of Barcelona, Imox entered the world of mixing during her adolescence, self-taught and experimenting with different genres until she found her sound: marked by mentality, organic and enveloping sonic concepts.
Imox is a Mayan Nahuatl, representing the divinity or essence of the universe, the very root from which all life arises and to which it returns when it dies; and this is how her sessions develop. An organic evolution, like the process of life itself. Her sound transports us to the atmospheres and natural landscapes of her childhood islands, accompanied by hypnotic grooves, tribal elements and cosmic textures: a progressive journey through unknown dimensions with an overwhelming intensity.
