Marylou is a French DJ and sound artist based in Berlin, known for her genre-defying and cinematic sets. Moving seamlessly between dub, noise, traditional music, improv jazz, footwork and breakcore, she crafts deeply immersive sonic journeys. A former affiliate of Morphine Records, YOUTH and Ominira, she’s also part of the Wheel of Fortune collective (with rRoxymore, CCL, Nono Gigsta). She was selected as part of the SHAPE+ platform’s 2024–2025 artist roster, and has performed at key festivals and venues including Atonal, Terraforma, CTM, Freerotation, pe:rsona, Café Oto, and Berghain. Influenced by her background in visual arts and cinema, Marylou’s style is both psychedelic and precise, informed by her years hosting shows on Rinse FM, NTS and Refuge Worldwide.
